Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling or other additional charges.
The item must be returned in unused condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
Return Instructions
Here are the basic steps:

1. Please ship all packages to:

2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the original invoice with the item. Please make a copy for your records.

3. All products must be returned in unused condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

5. Contact our Customer Service Department at 985.384.6914 to obtain a return authorization. Once you have obtained your return authorization, ship the return package to the address provided by Customer Service. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or FEDEX for your return. The USPS does not deliver to the address listed above.

6. Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the address listed above.

7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 10-15 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exchanges… You can return unused items within 30 days of ship date for an exchange.
Exchanges are only valid for the same item in a different specification.

The customer is responsible for all freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
